Creating the AMFF
The Air and Marine Operations (AMO) Family includes all AMO employees, retirees and current contract personnel, all of whom directly support the hundreds of daily law enforcement and humanitarian missions performed. The “Family” designation extends to include their immediate family members. These are the people the Air and Marine Family Foundation will support.​

The selection of the right people for the creation and establishment of the Air and Marine Family Foundation (AMFF) has been carefully considered. Dedication, Passion, Sacrifice, Commitment, and many other elements were factored into this crucial decision. The Process
Becoming a nonprofit is not a quick or simple process. Significant consultation with professionals across the government, legal, financial, and corporate sectors has taken place. It takes time and diligence to find the right paths to follow without making too many mistakes. With all of that in the rearview mirror, the formal incorporation filings documents were submitted, IRS nonprofit designation filed and donor solicitation approval requested. We worked with a professional organization to help us navigate these final critical steps. It took a lot of patience but we are here and ready to serve the entire AMO Family.
