​Bill or Billy, as he was know to us in the Air and Marine Family, passed away after a long illness on Sunday, November 17, 2024. Bill and many of his surviving family members resided in the Virginia and Maryland area surrounding Washington, DC.

​

Bill, a licensed pilot, was a true lover of flying and boating. He spent a thirty-plus year career working with several government agencies, including Air and Marine Operations. He spent countless hours building and flying airplanes as well as many weekends on the Potomac River with friends.

​

Bill provided a great service to his nation and supported critical important operations by ensuring AMO had a safe, mission ready fleet.

He will be missed by many!
